I dont know if this has been reported but here goes (several issues here):
When I mouse over a method/class/variable and do the CTRL-left mouse click to go the declaration of the object, the rigth-click popup menu shows up. The popup menu is the default behavior in OSX for CTRL-left click but in IDEA it doesn't make sense. I guess the correct behavior is for the COMMAND-left click to be used instead of the CTRL-left click.
Well, the weird problem is after going to a different file to look up the object/method definition, i use the file tab on top to go back to the original file (with the second file still open). At this point typing in the original file gets flaky. I can't use the scroll arrows anymore. If i go back and close the second file that was opened, then everything is back to normal in the original file.
Has anyone seen this problem?
Thanks!

I just saw that the OS X Keymap solves the CTRL-click problem! THANKS GUYS!!
I think the mass switch to use the meta key is a bad idea, I can undertand the reason for switching alt with meta, but why were a lot of ctrl-key also switched? I'm having trouble retraining my fingers! I know I can change it in my keymap, but it's still mildly confusing nevertheless.
Other than the build is smooth and lovely. There are a number of small issues though...
- menu isn't in the screen menubar by default, it should be
- when the menu is placed in the screen menubar, each of the menus has what looks like a blank line as the very first entry
- popups sometimes dissapear too quickly. this happens I think if a heavyweight popup needs to be used. For example in the project window, if I right click at an item near the bottom, the popup window flickers on and off quickly. I suspect this can be fixed by changing the popup weight, but haven't looked into it too closely (it's easy enough to scroll the project window such that the item you ant to right click on is higher up and no popup weight issues come into play).
- custom icon. The generic installanywhere icon sucks, and doesn't fit in with how amazing the rest of the app is!

We know about it and there is a feature request in the tracker.
That is a Apple bug and it's reported.

The icon isn't an Apple bug :)
I'm using the one that someone posted here so I have something pretty to see in my Dock :)
Aside from retraining my muscle-memory for the keyboard mappings, GREAT!
ant builds seem to run faster in 700 vs 699
The infamous debugging problem where the debugger wouldn't respect the project directory is gone!! Hurray Thanks guys! :)
I'm still not seeing bold fonts in the editor. I have it set up with all the default colors and fonts. Java keywords do not show up in bold.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? It's very annoying as a lot of the nice syntax highlighting features are gone without this.
Sure this one will be solved in the release version

I have just submitted a bug report concerning typing class names into 'New Class' and 'Rename Class' panels. It always gives internal errors, so you can't do it.
It's not about behaviour, but I would love to see the following "cosmetic fix":
The streaks (especially the yellow warnings) in the Error Stripe are harder to spot than on other operating systems because of the already striped backgrounds of the OS X Look and Feel. It would be better (in my opinion) to have a solid background.
I have searched the tracker (but not very deep) but there seems to be no request on tis topic.
I will add a request but I am interested in the opinion of others on this.

The standard IDEA icon doesn't seem much like a Mac OS X icon; are you
planning on using that one or creating a new one?
If you're going to make a new one but haven't started, here's what Apple
