Server debug stopped working

Yesterday my debugging on the server worked fine. Today it can't
connect! It simply says:
Connecting to the target VM at 'localhost:5000' using socket transport
and never gets to the next level where it actually is connected.

I have tried different ports with no luck.

I'm using XP and build 694 of IDEA. The server is Orion (OC4J).

Any ideas?
