New CVS integration

Hi,
Where can i find information about new CVS integration?
Right now it;s seems like there is no place for CVS configuration in the project properties anymore. It;s blank. Moreover, the functions such as "edit" and "editors" are simply missing.
There is something called "checkout from repository" which i guess should replace the "cvs edit" menu item but it doesnt work.

Thanks

Same here. When using "Checkout project" dialog and trying to add new
repository, I'm getting a message "Wrong password". Sure it is, because
there's no way to specify a password as far as I can see. Or is there?
Beside, does the current cvs integration support ext format?

First I also got the message about the wrong password. Then I deleted my
old .cvspass file and after that IDEA asked for a password and it worked.

In your home dir.

Mine was in my home directory (Windows XP!). And the old password in
there was probably really wrong. IDEA created a new .cvspass file and
then it worked.

"Checkout from Repository" action replaces local changes with last
repository revision. The alternative to "cvs edit" from old integration is
not implemented at the moment.

I don't have a .cvspass file in my home directory, or anywhere else for that
matter - I searched my whole hard disk - and I'm still getting "Wrong
password". So what is going wrong?

Thanks,
Are you going to implement 'cvs edit' and 'cvs editors' features anytime soon?

0

Yes, we do. However you may submit feature requests for they to make sure we
won't miss them.
