UI bug in the IDE Settings/Resources dialog (screen capture attached)
The file attachment is an image capture of the Resources dialog. I'm trying to determine if this is a UI bug. You can see in the image that the location cell does not set the foreground color of the text to white when the row is selected. This does not occur in the other tables, so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

This is probably a bug in Windows L&F, not in IDEA. Try switching back to IDEA L&F and see if the problem is still there.
