A way of running an arbitrary command like Ctrl+Shift+p in sublime
Is there a way in PhpStorm where I can search up and arbitrary command and run it. Instead of having to bind a unique shortcut to every feature. Like toggle navigation bar, toggle status bar open settings and so on?

Help | Find Action... Ctrl+Shift+A
Could also be done via Search Everywhere (Shift 2 times) -- a bit less convenient as for me.
