How can I reopen JIRA issue?
Is there any way for me to reopen JIRA issue that has already been fixed previously?
It seems you do not analyze new comments for resolved issues. :(

I was wondering the same myself actually. I've had a couple of bugs which I've reported in previous builds which were either set to "Could not reproduce" or "Fixed", which I've managed to reproduce and so just added a comment.
