You have to use tracker, but without searching. Just create a filter with parameters 'Fixed in' EQUALS '681' AND 'State' EQUALS 'Fixed' (or 'Fixed in' GREATER 'some buildnumber'). Then you get a list of all bugfixes for e.g. build #681.

That seems to work.

But in that case, the link ought to be changed to either something that automatically runs the appropriate filter and displays the result or the word can changed to can't.
