Cannot Undo Bug?

When undoing sometimes I get:

Cannot Undo
Following files affected by this action have already been changed:

somefile.php

And Undo stops cold and will not continue. There should be a Continue or Ignore button or something. Very irritating.

Any suggestions? Is this a bug?
