Signature hint popup

How do I get the signature hint popup to come back up again after it goes away (for example, if I switch screens, or do a find usages. I find the popup useful, and it is quite irritating that I can't get it to pop back up. I could have sworn there was a key command that brought it back, but I can't remember what it was.
