How Can I Disable This Bar?

How can I get I get rid of this bar or at least disable/enable the annoying text boxes at the left? I can't even find the name of this bar.

Hi there,

Settings | Editor | General | Appearance --> Show HTML breadcrumbs

P.S. In addition to HTML this option affects PHP as well (class name / method name)
