Horizontal scroll bar disappearing again?

Win2k sp3, IDEA 668 (bundled 662 JRE):

I just noticed that the horizontal scrollbar in one of my files disappeared,
exactly like in tracker # 2616. Anyone else seeing this?

Restarting IDEA has fixed it (for now?).
