Schema resolution issue with Servlet 2.4

Hi,

I've mapped the Servlet 2.4 and JSP 2.0 TLD schemas to local file resources.

When I use the editor to make modifications to a TLD, it resolves to the local resource and the editor provides drop downs for the different elements of the TLD.

However, when I use the editor to modify a web.xml, it complains that web-app (the root element) is not allowed in it's current location.

So it seems that the resolution is working somewhat. I know that the web.xml is correct as I'm able to deploy to TC 5 with schema validation enabled.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? Should I open a bug?
