Where is the Local History menu?

I recently switched to IDEA 5.0 (actually 5.0.2) and today I realized that the local history menu is not there anymore. When I go to the Settings panel and click on "Local History", the "Enable Local History" checkbox is selected. But there is nothing in the tools menu. Where on earth did you put the Local History menu? I urgently need to undo some changes.

It's in the Version Control menu. Which is only available if you have a
version control system enabled for your module. Please vote for the two
bugs opened about it:

Actually, the Local History sub-menu is always available in the pop-up list
that appears upon right-clicking the item of interest.

Thanks, that helped (and it was a bit too obvious for me to find ;) ).
