Error : Invalid argument: create

Hi,
When I try to connect to the CVS or try to Debug any of my applications in IntelliJ IDEA 5.0.1 , I get the following error :

Invalid argument: create at '127.0.0.1'

Can somebody tell me why this error might be occurring.
