Available Plugin List in IDE settings

Just noticed one funny thing in IDE Settings -> Plugins -> Available.
Some plugins are shown as "Not Installed" while "installed" column displays the correct version of the installed plugin and plugin works, has it's settings section etc.
Example of such plugin is "Struts Navigator Plugin"
