Mac OS Tiger Tomcat / Struts / hibernate

Hi,

Wondering if anyone how there is developing an webapp usings:

Tiger
Tomcate
Sttruts,
Hibernate,
MySQL

and of course Idea 4.5

I just started one and Tiger
Tomcate
Sttruts worked OK, but when I starting using Hibernate things basically stopped working. Idea would seem to hang, or but it might have just be going very very slowly. Sometimes I'd get out of memory exceptions.

I have tried using a non tiger system yet. I guess I might try that, but would be interested in hearing from anyone using a similar config.
