commit to develop branch and cherry pick in stable branch

"cherry-pick is also useful to selectively incorporate bug fixes from newer releases in maintenance releases."

Is there a way in one operation a commit in Development Branch
and cherry pick in the stable branch?

Can be used to the change list?
