Author plugins with WebStorm?

Can I author WebStorm plugins with WebStorm? If so, is there a good resource that explains how? I found several that describes the proccess with IDEA, but I don’t have an IDEA license. Thanks!

Hi there,

You need IntelliJ IDEA (FREE Community or Ultimate edition) in order to develop plugins -- http://www.jetbrains.org/display/IJOS/Writing+Plug-ins
