Debugging Applets from within a remote application

Using IntelliJ 4.5 and trying to debug an applet which is referenced in a remote application. I can set up a separate Applet debug, but I need to be able to debug applet from a remote application which is running on JBoss..I'm new to intelliJ and Java can someone help.
