Can i move IDEA main menu (File Edit Navigate ...) to ubuntu top menu-bar (with close icons and system icons) ?

If i can't, how i can ask for this feature?

I would also like to know if there is a way to do it. I am using PyCharm, but the options in all of JetBrains' IDEs are similar.

Yes, you need `jayatana` installed.
