weblogic.jar parsing takes forever

i creted a project, try to add weblogic.jar to module lib, it pops up a box displaying parsing/copying which goes forever.
i killed IJ after and hour.

iam using eval version 4.0,
3 GHz Intel machine with 1 GB ram, and
250 MB assigned to IJ.

any help will be appreciated
