Changing a project's name

This might be an enhancement. It would be nice if the project name,
module name and the project directory and the module directory can be
renamed.

We have a project that is on it's third name. Ugh.

I was thinking about something like this the other day, about also
having a project title. So instead of seeing
"/home/mark/code/bar/branch/foo/something.ipr" I'd see in the MRU
"System Activity Project - Maintenance Branch".
