Debugging Web Application

I attached IDEA to my Weblogic 8.1 Instance and can debug the code, however, when IDEA encounters a break-point, it sits for up to 3-4 minutes saying it is collecting data and when I hit F8 to step to the next line there is an additional pause.

Anyone else encountering this? If so, any resolutions?
