Make left en right arrow honor spaces as tabs

Hi,

I've seen numerous topics regarding this setting, but most of them where opened over a year ago so I'll try again. This year, the whole company moved to PHPStorm, and recently moved to the PSR1/2 formatting standard. Almost immediately got complaints about the arrow key. Pressing left or right arrow moves the cursor one space instead of 4 spaces. Is this a setting in PHPStorm nowadays? I did found a setting called "allow placement of caret inside tabs" but had no effect (might make sense since spaces <> tabs).
