Appearance wizard crashes idea (4.0.3/Linux 2.4.19)

Every time I try File->Settings->Appearance idea crashes. This is the only artifact:

java: ../../../src/share/native/sun/awt/font/t2k/t1.c:2171: tsi_T1GetGlyphIndexFromAdobeCode: Assertion `0' failed.

Any hints on how to resolve will be greatly appreciated.
