AI assistant stop working after upgrading 2024.2

After selecting the code when I ask the AI assistant to explain it. It got stuck in like below. it stuck in this phase Gathering code context. I have updated the plugin as well.

Which IDE version / AI Assistant version do you have installed?
Could you please enable debug logging by adding the following lines to Help > Diagnostic Tools > Debug Log Settings..:

com.intellij.ml.llm
com.intellij.util.io.HttpRequests
com.intellij.util.proxy.CommonProxy

restart IDE, reproduce the issue again and share your IDE logs (Help > Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data)?
Logs contain useful information about your environment and potentially some errors/exceptions related to the issue. You can upload the zip file here: https://uploads.jetbrains.com, just provide the uploaded file ID.

Thank you for the logs. I managed to reproduce the issue and created a new bug report: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/LLM-3876. It looks like a regression in 2024.2, as it is not reproducible in 2024.1.4.
We are investigating it currently, will update you as soon as I have more information. Thank you for the report!

Could you please try to reset IDE settings to default - File > Manage IDE Settings > Restore Default Settings..?
It will automatically back up the current settings so they can be reverted later if required.

Do you mean AI assistant license Id?

I mean IDE license ID, but it could also be AI Assistant license ID if it is linked to the same JB account.

It is different. My IDE license is from my employer, and I have personally bought the AI Assistant license ID.

I don't have licence ID for IDE as it is controlled by my employer. I am providing AI assistant id.

I checked, but your IDE license is not showing on your JB account. 
Do you see the IDE license ID in the Help > Register.. dialog?

Yes, as I told you, it's not an individual licence . It says Licence To: my employer name here.
There is no License Id.

Could you please update the IDE to the latest bugfix version - 2024.2.0.1: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download?
It should contain the fix for this issue.
