compile problem

Hi all,

I'm pretty sure this is a really stupid question and I'm missing something
obvious, but unfortunately I do not have the time to investigate more....

In IDEA 3.x I was able to pick any package of my source by right-clicking
and saying "compile xy". Idea automatically compiled the dependent
packages/classes as well.
IDEA 4 seems not to do this. Instead it's displaying messages like: "package
abc does not exist".

Did I miss some configuration option or may my web module set up be wrong?
