global libraries gone! // 4.0 and 3.05

Hi, I'm a IDEA 3.05 user. Today I downloaded IDEA4.0 for a testdrive.

It was working fine for me for a couple of hours but when I installed a plugin (the Intention plugin one) and then closed/restarted IDEA for it to take effect, the test project I was working on was gone, and the global library settings were gone as well.

More important to me, when I went back to my real project using IDEA 3.05, they are no longer working, it looks like because the global libaries are gone.

How can I undo whatver happened? Any suggestions?
