Alignment in JSPs

It only seems to work if there is at least one whitespace character between
the cursor and the first non-whitespace character to the right of the cursor
when you hit enter.

I thought IntelliJ used to be able to do some type of smart alignment in
JSPs. <tr>enter<td>. I thought the <td> used to fall in the same column

as

the <tr>. Now it hits column 0.
