IDEA personal edition

I want to purchase a personal edition of IDEA for my home use [I use a
licensed version of IDEA at work] - personal projects. $699 tag is too
much for me to spend for personal usage, I end up using Eclipse - and I
miss IDEA.

Bumped into a Jetbrains sales guy in JavaOne yesterday who mentioned
that there is a special personal use discount programme once a year.
Any one knows when it is expected soon?

Usually it's during the Christmas season. One year they had it twice (Christmas and Easter).
