Possible to link with @link or @see in phpDoc to file on disk?

Hi there,
is it possible to link in a phpDoc comment to a special file that can be openend by CMD+B as it is possible with methods?
I know that I can use e.g. @see testClass:testMethod, and than I can 'jump' to this method when I go on the @see doc and press CMD+B.
The problem is that sometimes there are files that do not have classes, eg. css-files or twig-files, and it would be great to have them as 'shortcuts' all together in the php-file that is related to them.

Thanks a lot, Adrian.
