Problem with double click

Hi Community,
I have troubles with double click. It works everywhere except in PhpStorm. In PhpStorm double click on some word sometimes selects it sometimes not. I am using Ubuntu 12.04. I tried to change mouse settings I tried everything and I have no desired result. Any suggestions?
