Is Android offers any custom plugin for the PhpStorm, just like Android offers a custom plugin for the Eclipse IDE, called Android Development Tools (ADT)?

If Yes, the url to add the plugin?

If No, does the android team any idea on it?

Is it possible to integrate the ADT in PhpStorm?

Not possible because PhpStorm lacks ANY java support.
You can use either free IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition in addition to PS, or  IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition to hava ALL languages and technologies in one package.
