Where is the PHPUnit Skeleton Generator in PHPStorm 6 EAP

Where is the PHPUnit Skeleton Generator in PHPStorm 6 EAP.
I think it either got removed or is no longer included. Its not in the usuall place Project Setting->PHP->PHPUnit->skeleton Generator

Did it get removed or am I looking in the wrong place?
