PHPStorm 3.0.3 not refreshing error/warning status

Lately, PHPStorm is not refreshing the error or warning status of undefined functions or variables.  In order to get an accurate picture I need to go in and delete the function or part of the function and then the screen displays properly.  I have noticed this before once in a while, but it seems to happen all the time now.

I am doing something wrong?

Is there a keyboard command that tells PHPstorm to redisplay?
