Issue with ctrl+shift+alt+n shortcut when updating indices

On polish winXP when using this shortcut while phpstorm updates idices - it writes down letter "Ń". I wish it didn't - can I alter this behavior?

When indices update is complete, using this shortcut opens "go to sumbol..." dialog, and preserves writing down the letter.

I didn't post it as an issue, because maybe someone know way to configure it. Unfortunatelly couldn't find anything on the Internet.
