PHPStorm keep showing "accept incoming network connections" every time I launch it

Hello,

I still have to accept incoming network connections every time I launch PHPStorm on my iMac . I added PHPStorm to list of programs in Firewall setiings to always allow incoming connections but it doens't work. You can see screenshots in attachment.
Any advise ?
