Reopen list - full paths all the time?

Is there an option to put full paths into the "File" => "Reopen" list?
When two recent folders are named the same it shows the full path, but I would like the full path there all the time.

When the reopen list looks like this: final, finals, newsletter, plugin, wordpress it's a bit hard to remember the parent folder (clients name).

Possible?
