Colors and fonts doesn't work for me at all
I have edited font and color setting from file->settings. But there is not any change in new workspace. All keywords are bold still.
How can I solve this?

Sometimes you need to restart phpstorm in order that your theme changes take effect. I suggest you use one of the following skins: http://www.jetbrains.net/devnet/docs/DOC-1154. I myself use twilight.
I have restarteb but nothing changed!
Please provide details on what exactly did you changed, what you were expecting and actual result. Also please ensure that you didn't close settings by pressing ESC - you need to Press OK or Apply.
