даже при выключенном Punto Switcher смена раскладки вешает WebIDE

We are unable to reproduce this. Judging that MANY of us are using Russian and some use Punto Switcher and this problem was not yet reported - the problem is in your software configuration. Try running WebIDE from new user account.
