phpdoc editing bug

WebIDE 701:

when i create phpdoc for a method, WebIDE nicely generates a bunch of annotations (i.e. it automatically writes "@access protected" for protected method), but there is very unpleasant bug: any enter key hit inside phpdoc causes duplicates of "@access protected" to appear.
