Non-web PHP

I'm developing a lot of PHP that runs from CLI and doesn't involve a web server at all, however, it seems it's not possible to run these scripts inside WebIDE as the 'run' configurations require a web server. What do I need to do to run and debug these scripts? I can do this in NetBeans, but that has its own problems...
