You can search in "IntelliJ IDEA Open API and Plugin Development" community if you search from the topic page: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200366979-IntelliJ-IDEA-Open-API-and-Plugin-Development or any of the posts which belong to the topic.

I've filed an internal usability issue for my colleagues so that they consider making it more clear with upcoming redesign of community forums.

Thank you!

The search feature seems to be incomplete: I tried searching `LightElement` but didn't get any result, but it should have found this post: https://devnet.jetbrains.com/message/5462598#5462598

On a different topic: I don't see any button for code snippets in the toolbar, can we write markdown or is the syntax the same as it was in the old forums?

Thanks Bastien, it might be an indexing issue (as we've imported about 350,000 messages to the Zendesk platform and it might take some time to index all of the content). I'll report it to Zendesk so that they investigate this particular issue.

As for the code snippets - please use "pre-formatted" button and select "Code" format there, it'll make a code snippet (with code highlighting using Google Prettify).

Ah, sorry I didn't see that button :)

Thanks!

Yes, I understand that I can limit my search to one of the 16 different topics.  But I would like more control over the search engine so I don't have to scroll through hundreds of results that could have been filtered out.  The most important for my current search is to filter out dates prior to a particular year (since what I am looking for didn't exist back then).
