Hello Kim,
Upload limit size is 200 MB. But actually only few plugins are that big. Could you please explain why is your plugin that big?
Could you please specify your question about plugin downloads?
Hello Bong Gon Kim of LG CNS,
your question is not really clear. If you look at the Kotlin Plugin you see that it is over 40MB big, which is pretty big for a plugin. I guess only big plugins like the UI Designer could have similar size. So if your plugin is smaller than say 50MB, there shouldn't be any problem and I believe that if there is as size limit, it is larger.
Regarding the download limitations with many users, it clearly depends on the Jetbrains Repository server and those questions can only be answered by the Jetbrains itself.
Dear Patrick ,
Thanks for your kind feedback mail.
But , I want to know the exact size limit.
When I upload plug in size of 205MByte , there is happened an error , so I can't upload my plugins.
I already sent to the plugins-admin@jetbrains.com , but there is no reply of it.
If you know the exact contact point , inform me the contact point , please.
I'll wait for your feedback mail.
Thanks in advance ,
BR,
Kim
200MB is indeed pretty large and I think only the Jetbrains support can answer such questions. Usually, Jetbrains guys read this forum here and someone might answer, but writing an email as you already did, is probably the better way.
Cheers
Patrick

Dear Ivan Chirkov ,
This is Kim.
Thanks for your kind feedback.
Actually , our plusins will be about 2GB. The reason is why our plusin is so big that there is included in binary and library.
I found out that the below solution relating to limit on maximum size (Dmitry Jemerov Comment)
https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206785525-Error-when-trying-to-upload-updated-plugin-#5232150
Hello Ole,
There's a hard limit on the maximum size of the plugins that can be uploaded
through the Web interface. Please upload the plugin to some other place and
send the download link to plugins-admin@jetbrains.com so that we can update
the plugin manually.
According to Dmitry Jemerov's Comment , if I upload the plugin to some other place and send the download link to plugins-admin@jetbrains.com , limit on max size issue can be solved.
Is it right ?
Or it there any solution of it ?
I'm waiting for your feedback mail.
Relating to download issue, you can ignore it.
Thanks in advance,
BR ,
Kim
Hello Kim,
Actually you can specify URL for plugin file adding new plugin or updating plugin: you need to select "Get file from:" and specify url instead of "Upload file:". That way you can store plugin files anywhere you like.
Feel free to ask any further questions!

Dear Ivan ,
Thanks for your kind mail.
I understand that Plugin program over 200MB size should be used a way of 'Get file from".
Relating to "Get file from:" , I have a question to you.
When we use upload plugin way of "Get file from:" , is there included some upload process logic in Jetbrains ?
Or does it just connect plugin URL ?
I'll wait for your feedback mail.
Thanks ,
BR,
Kim
Hello Kim,
Processing logic with "Get file from:" is the same as with "Upload file:": the only difference is where the actual file is stored.
