Is there any plugin for show actual git branch always (in top panel, above tabs )

Of course, i can look it in version control\log or by type git status, but git log tab is too wide for keep it in float,or always open mode... i need only look current branch name or make always visible this menu (Git->Repository->Branches)

Currently it's not implemented but we seem to have this feature requested as a part of this request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-73669

Yup, that doesn't look superb. But issues are addressed based on their vote weight & team priorities. This one has ~30 votes (which is not very little) - hopefully it would be reviewed anytime soon.
