what means the build number at the bottom of account page?
At the bottom of page, behind the "Terms of Use" I see the "Build #159"
What this build number means?
(there are no tooltip around, so, I just wondering - if it is a PS build number then why I've got only #145 (I purchased fb.lic.today) and how I can obtain a #159 ?)

This number is not related to any IDEs and is just a build number of the account web site. You can safely ignore this.
The latest officially released build number can always be seen in <https://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/download/>.
