Is the Node.js plugin not available for AppCode?

According to the documentation at https://www.jetbrains.com/objc/help/node-js-and-npm.html you should be able to install the node.js plugin for appcode, but the node.js plugin is not available. Looking at jetbrains plugin repository the only products listed under the node.js plugin are:IntelliJ IDEA, RubyMine, PhpStorm, PyCharm.
