Are JSP supported in the community edition? As Scratch Files?

Hi all,

Are JSP supported by the community edition of IntelliJ?

If so, how can I create a Scratch File with syntax highlighting and code completion for the JSP?

Background: I need to work on a JSP from an external location that imports classes from my project. I'd like to be able to make use of code completion while I make my changes... I'm not dealing with a full-blown web app, though...
