How can I delete all contexts?

I've built up a massive list of contexts.

I'd like to wipe them all out - I've started going through them doing hover over, right arrow, remove, but this is going to take ages - the list only shows the most recent contexts and there's a seeming never ending list of contexts I need to delete. They're all irrelevant now.
