Add interpreter menu in settings does not show up when window is on non-primary display

I have two monitors set up in a left-right configuration.  When I have the PyCharm settings window on the right monitor and click the Add Interpreter button, the pop-up menu does not show up at all.  I have to move the settings window to the left monitor and click the Add Interpreter button to be able to add a new interpreter configuration.
